There are 3 categories of employees we look for:

1. Red Seal Sprinkler Fitters

2. Red Seal Electricians (to cross-train as fire alarm technicians and building inspectors)

3. Smart people with good attitudes who we can develop into leadership roles over the course of their 4 year sprinkler fitter apprenticeship and beyond.


We primarily hire based on references.
